2. Appointments

Certain appointment types require booking in advance, including bridal, mother of the bride/groom/evening wear, and tux/suit appointments. Prom and homecoming appointments do not require a reservation. To reschedule or cancel, contact us by phone, text, or email. No-shows and cancellations forfeit all styling and booking fees associated with the appointment.

3. Orders and Payments

A minimum 50% deposit is required to place an order. The remaining balance is due at pickup or within 14 days of the item's arrival. You may also pay in full at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines provided by designers are estimates and may vary.

4. Use of This Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information. We may update or remove website content at any time.
